Jazmine Sullivan Take 2!
After weeks of waiting in agony, the concert was rescheduled and we finally got to witness the vocal beast that is Jazmine Sullivan, live and in color. It’s rare we get out without the kids and so we were thrilled to get this moment with Lindsay’s favorite singer.
Aunties are getting old so we were definitely comfortable in our Converse but it was amazing to see beautiful black people dressed up to nines to dance and sing along side the queen. Also very interesting to see how. many black queer women were in attendance. Made us want to make friends, but instead we chose to focus on each other. This much needed date night was a success!
